One of the most important aspects of Kungfu is forms training. Forms (Kata) are sequence of techniques that have been preserved over time. These forms are taught from Teacher to students once the student shown dedication and "Wu De" (strong moral character) to their teacher and fellow students. The hand forms listed below make up the core of the curriculum at our school:
Nan Sou - Southern Blocking Drill
Wu Xing Chuan - Small 5 Animal Form
Hongmen San Zhang Sou - Hong Bridging Form
Lohan Shi Ba Zhang - 18 Monks Palm
He Xing Chuan - Crane Fist Form
Gong Zhi Fu Hu Chuan - Taming the Tiger Fist Form
Shi Chuan - Snake Fist Form
Bao Chuan - Leopard Fist Form
Hu Xing He Buh - Tiger Fist/Crance Stance Form
Hu He Swung Xing Chuan - Tiger Crance Double Fist Form
Shi Mao Chuan - Snake Cat Fist Form
Tie Xie Chuan - Iron Wire Fist Form

The next list will be the weapon sets taught at our school. Students: remember all forms MUST be remembered by their CHINESE AND ENGLISH names so write them down if you have to!
