Phoenix Martial Arts Tournament Results...

Hello everyone,

Can-Tai Kungfu competed at the Phoenix Martial Arts Invitational tournament this past weekend. Although most of the students competing were from the Bolton club. Mahmoud Rihawi from the Mississauga participated as well. He has been on a 2 year leave from training. The following were the final results:

Mahmoud Rihawi - 1st Hand Form (Tiger), 1st Weapons(Gwan Dao), 2nd Sparring
Kieran McLean - 3rd Hand Form (Bridging Form), 2nd Weapons (Staff), 2nd Sparring
Ian Preston - 4th Hand Form (Bridging Form), 1st Weapons(Straight Sword)
Christopher Tsung - 1st Hand Form(Crane)
Peter Salerno - 4th Hand Form (18 Monks Palm), 3rd Weapons(Broadsword)
Michael Salerno - 4th Hand Form (small 5 Animals), 4th Weapons(Staff)
Guy Salerno - 3rd Hand Form (Bridging Form)
Laen Hillier - 4th Sparring (it was his 1st tournament way to go Laen!)

Please correct me if I am wrong on these results. I can update them immediately. It was a wonderful experience had by all. I am extremely proud of our students performance. Way to go guys!!!
